A Woodlark???

I went in to town first thing for a loaf and a newspaper. Then after breakfast I drove 5 mins to Holgate Hill car park and walked over to the Windpump crossing. I was looking to see if I could see a dartford warbler, but no birds were around when I arrived, it was still cold and windy. I'd timed my visit to catch the first steam train from Sheringham to Holt, so got in position, but it was clearly running late. Then I spotted this pretty little bird on one of the concrete fence posts at the edge of the railway and crept a little closer for a photo. At first I thought it was a skylark, but it looked smaller with a shorter tail. Looking it up later from a photo, Merlin's suggestion is a woodlark which would make sense given where it was near the woods. It was so sweet. I also got a photo of the steam train, see extra. This afternoon I mowed the lawn and cleaned the four bird feeders after two weeks of heavy rain. The normal 'winter puddles' were all in place on my walk, it was quite muddy and slippy underfoot. I've also been watching the tennis.
