A Pound of Flesh

I was back at Save the Children this morning, doing an extra shift.
While I was volunteering, the gardening team arrived and started working their way through the weeds and overgrown grass.
Carole and I went round the Haystoun Estate in the afternoon sunshine with Cora the cockapoo. Carole very kindly cooked me a delicious meal, before the two us went to Shakespeare at Traquair. It was the Merchant of Venice this year. Very well done and lovely evening but the midges were rampant!
