The symmetry of field maple

I was again kept busy with J's activities and care all day. Today they were film and animation related and I enjoyed supporting her with it all, but it left very little time for even the most essential household tasks which have been crowded out all week. P assembled the patio table and took the chair outside; by the time he had finished, it was raining steadily, and the rain continued for the rest of the day. I went outside briefly, tested a wet chair, and photographed some wet leaves with my phone. I love the colours of newly emerging leaves, and the field maples are such a pretty shape, with beautiful, gentle symmetry.
