Himalayan Poppies

I don't know why my journal has taken on such floweriness, but it has -  time of the year I suppose.
My fitness thing continued today with 90 minutes of tennis. Not great tennis, in fact fairly poor tennis, but much running about was done.  I get a day off tomorrow.
While I was playing tennis my other half was visiting the Botanics by bike, and sent me this lovely photie. So, probably controversially, today's entry in courtesy of HZ.
