Poppy Seed head

A quiet day round home.  I declared May ended a day early and attacked the grass.  It was a case of strim first, use the mower on a high setting to gather the grass, then mow on normal height to finish.  Fortunately tomorrow is the day of the kerbside garden waste collection, the wheelie bin is full.

Of the round the garden shots I took this poppy seed head appealed most.  I think it was the colour and texture of the top that caught my eye.
