Nature.Diary. 'Little Mouse Crown'

Coming into my life as one little plant many years ago this wonderful little cactus has continued to grow and grow, and grow!  And I am delighted!
It requires very little attention and today I have treated it to a new home in which it has space to grow even more.
When it's happy in it's luxurious new home, and if we have a sunny summer, the possibility is that it will settle down enough to produce some of its pretty little orange flowers as it done done for very many year.

I blipped the extra photo on June 4th 2022 when this this same lovely cactus was producing flowers. It was in a very much smaller pot at the time.
