A wet blue jay

Even though the rain was not forecast to start till almost noon I called it a rain day. When it did start raining around 11 am, the skies opened and it rained hard most of the afternoon.

I did get outside first thing this morning and sorted out some plants that I will use on a job tomorrow. I have 12 planters to do for one client, and I want to get some of them done, so I know what else I will need.

I also started putting a new BBQ together, but the rain forced me inside. I will finish it tomorrow afternoon.

The blue jays, starlings, crows and squirrels visited off and on today. There is also a red eyed vireo that sits in one of the trees and sings, but I have yet to have more than a glimpse of him/her.

My paperwork is up to date. I just have one quote that needs to be emailed to the customer.

Back to work tomorrow, it's supposed to be a dry day.
