Japanese Garden

Did not sleep well due to small room, shut window and no blackout curtains but swam before breakfast

My treatment turned out not to be a massage but a marine wrap - a good choice, v relaxing. Before lunch, and the rain, I walked round the peaceful Japanese Garden. The rhododendrons and azaleas were still beautiful, though a bit rainy battered.

After lunch drive home in the rain avoiding Peebles and Penicuik and stopped off at the new Dunelm for some bits and pieces.

Forced myself to finish my book while it rained and now it's stopped trying to find home for all the plants I bought and grew. Must do better next year.
