A happy surprise

This poppy appeared without any help from me. The green and orange reminded me of the old Glasgow buses.

As you can see, it’s raining again so we didn’t get out with Ella and Nathaniel. They did homework on their chromebooks which are provided to every child in their middle school. Then they watched a film. Luckily it was lunchtime before the film ended - so Nathaniel didn’t attempt to relate the whole plot to me.

#3daughter went to Morpeth for a massage - there’s a centre for people with MS and their partners - Luke goes for various therapies. She enjoyed it. Once back she was trying to find an AirBnB near her friend’s wedding but had no luck as the website kept crashing. Meanwhile I was also looking up places to visit on our next trip - hopefully Mr C’s travel insurance company will re-insured him. It’s not easy for Over 80s with health issues.

The family left after lunch as Nathaniel has a performance tonight. I caught up with Masterchef and was pleased the winner was the one I preferred.

I wish the rain would stop - Ailie and I want a hill walk tomorrow but everywhere is saturated.
