What a bloody game that was!! A hard punishing match played by the two top players in the world. The rallying was amazing, variety of shots - the whole game was one of the best I have seen - and I am so proud of Andy. It was so emotional when he hit the winner and then when he went up to hug his team.... Nearly forgetting his mum!!

Plus point is that we won't have to hear the oft repeated phrase "last British player to win the men's single trophy was Fred Perry in 1936"!!!
