The Old Boat Rental Place

...which has not been used for anything many years now, and is slowly falling apart. It's one of those places that just blends into the background as you go past it day after day This morning I was stopped across from it while waiting for the Memorial Day parade in town to pass by so traffic could start up again. I think someone should turn it into a lemonade stand.
