Starlings

The lawn was packed with starlings this morning. The adults weren’t feeding the large pale baby on the right of the photo.  I think he was supposed to learn how to feed himself. He just stood there looking bemused and made no attempt to copy the adults. I hope he gets the hang of it soon.
We went to B&Q to look at garden chairs but they all looked cheap and nasty.We’ll have to try somewhere else. We did get some good looking flowering plants though.
