Woodpecker Tracking

A shorts type of warm day, good for a stroll. I walked up to the aspen grove and heard a woodpecker calling. Waiting patiently because he was hard to see in the leaves, I eventually found him. In the process of searching, these brightly lit branches came into my viewfinder and I decided they looked quite interesting against the blue sky. I did get a few shots of the woodpecker anyway.
