Carneval is setting up

We went to the Festival area and noticed that it was not yet ready - still in the setting up and also that it was going to be so much bigger than we thought.

We then set of to Prenzlauer Berg.

We stopped over a Galeries Lafayette to buy some French produce and found out that they are closing fully end of July. SHOCKED!!!!
And sad!!!!
Where will I get French Mayo in future?
Thinking of going once more tomorrow to stock up.

Then we went to Prenzelberg and wandered Hufeland Strasse - which is really pretty .....
Had a coffee there and a Chat with the Sunglasses guy whose name just does not want to come to my mind.

We then went into Kollwizu Kiez to go through some Antic shops to look for glasses - without success.

Decided to have dinner at the Bird and wandered there.

Food was amazing as usual.
Huge rare burgers - we were happy.

Got home and possibly went to bed soon after.
