Olivia's rose

The muscles reflected the ups and downs of yesterday so I got up and made chamomile tea. 

Later it was time to get up properly and guess what, it was raining, heavily. Fed Alfie and then booked a visit for tomorrow before Coffee Club, 5 of us today.

The rain abated briefly and I thought I might paint but then it rained and that was pretty much it for the day. The upside was more of the inside list got done, sorted the bathroom drains and tidied the loft, which was hard going on the knees. And then I had a go at the fly screen curtain. 

There is still so much to do outside. When will it stop raining?
