Lac Retaud Reflecting …

… the Diablerets Massif. Walking from here was quite easy to a col but there was so much snow on the other side that we decided to take a short walk to the right of the col where it was flatter rather than to follow the usual path around to the left. It was a wise decision. We were having our picnic when a loud bang echoed towards us and a huge avalanche slid down over the usual path (extra). 4 people had just crossed there a few minutes earlier!
