Finished

I've been hankering after seeing this finished work after we saw it in progress at the Yardworks festival a  couple of weeks ago.  The Park Lane market was on at SWG3 today so I thought I'd go for a nosy.  There weren't a huge amount of market stalls but it was good to look at the finished painting.  It looks better through the camera lens, merely because with the naked eye you can see the texture of the white highlights so it does serve to distract from the illusion a little, but it's still and incredible piece of artwork. 

There were lots of Celtic fans out and about in town so I decided not to hang about in case things got lively and got myself back on the bus with a Rhubarb and Custard donut. Not sure what I'm doing tomorrow yet, might be not very much.
