The Glacier Express

Time to move on again, and today we travelled from Brig to Chur on the Glacier Express.  A lovely ride through some amazing scenery, which took over four hours in a panoramic coach.  I took loads of pictures but mostly through the window of the train so a lot of them have got reflections but this one wasn't too bad, taken at one of the highest points of the journey.  We got settled into our hotel in Chur and then went out to explore the town which looks quite busy but has a nice 'old town' area.  We have a couple of scenic rail journeys planned over the next couple of days so won't have a lot of time in the town itself.

I've added a couple of extras; the rear carriage of the train had a glass door so I took this shot looking back down the line.  And I've also added one of both W and me enjoying the journey; not entirely sure why one of my ears looks so much bigger than the other!
