Instant colour

We recently brightened up our balcony with many pots of pansies. They are doing well. 

From the balcony today, we saw our first whales in this season's migration. They are now travelling north from Antarctica, to breed in the warm waters of the Great Barrier Reef. We'll be seeing them for the next four months our so, by which time they will have gone past us again, heading south with their calves.
