A much brighter and warmer day.

I headed over to Prestatyn for the Nova Parkrun this morning. Prestatyn is not the sort of place that gets so crowded that you have to reserve your spot with a towel, but at 08:45 there were several families sat out on the beach. Maybe they just wanted to soak up the sun before is disappears again?

I completed the run in 00:27:51 and finished in 66th position out of a field of 222 parkrunners.

Breakfast and some shopping at M&S and bought some plants from the display at TESCOs and now wish I hadn't.

I washed both cars this afternoon and we had family round for dinner this evening.
