Which Way?

The signpost on the triangle in the centre of Tremeirchion was the starting point for my 7.5 km run this morning. The village is built on a steep hillside so every route involves an uphill section at some point. I headed west towards Rhuallt and then across the fields to Waen and then an uphill section back home. It was the first run since I stopped taking all my anti-arrhythmic medication so I took it steady in the heat. 

Another trip over to Ruthin this afternoon to collect seven light fittings for the living room and dining room.
