Celebration

I was invited to an outdoor dinner party. One of my friends has her birthday tomorrow but Sunday is Mothers day in Sweden and that date didn't really work for the mothers among us, also the weather forecast  was better then the one for tomorrow so tonight it was. Sweden is lovely in a lot of ways but the weather is often unpredictable and you always need to have a B-plan for whatever outdoor activity you're planning, especially if the planning is for sometime in the future.

This evening had fabulous conditions for a dinner under the huge lilac which is shown by another classic Swedish summer photo. The guitar came out and some singing was done, even songs like "Leaving on a jet plane" got recycled once more, not a song I sing every year. Fun was had.
