Spider supper

A hornet (I think) caught in a web spun by a spider on my car's wing mirror. I spotted this when parked at the allotment. The extra is of one of numerous foxgloves that now add colour to the plot and nourishment for the many bees buzzing around in the afternoon sun. Apparently I am being talked up as the next Allotment Association Chair. Not sure why as the only skills I bring to our plot are digging and fetching water.
