Productive day

As it was still quite cool we started the day with a long walk in Spittal woods. We walked back along the river bank ,as the river had dropped with the recent drier weather. It was rather overgrown, and a couple of trees that came down in the winter made it interesting, but we all managed to get through. Worth it as we saw nobody and there were lots of little fish swimming around in the shallows.
Washing dried on the line today, sorted a little problem with the battery on my electric bike. Cleaned up the kitchen, baked miso banana bread with the overripe bananas.
We went for a second short stroll in our local woods, out of interest I put my old sports watch on Dina's collar. She managed to clock 50% more than me :-)
