Rhodie in the rain

Another wet day and I was languishing on the sofa with my sore throat while Mr C was busy in the garden. At least I could get on with knitting my Shetland coat and catching up on Masterchef.

The Bounds got 3 stars in the Guardian review. Nathaniel didn’t get a mention!

I hope the weather improves tomorrow as it is Whitley Bay Carnival and #2 daughter and James are dressed up in the parade. I’m also hoping to catch Ken and his band at Spanish City. We are picking up Ella at 9.45 - Nathaniel has a matinee so isn’t free to come.
