On the beach

Late afternoon sunlight illuminates a clump of seaweed on Seven Mile Beach this afternoon. I’ve probably used this title before, borrowed from that of a book by Nevil Shute, published in 1957, about the end of human civilization after an unspecified nuclear holocaust. It was made into a film starring Gregory Peck, Ava Gardner and Fred Astaire.
