There are puddles and rushing water flowing everywhere with reports of many roads flooded causing major problems.   Two places nearby have weather stations which are updated every few seconds.  Since the rain started shortly before I o’clock yesterday afternoon the one about 3 minutes walk away has had 119 mms (about 4.7ins)  and the other about a kilometres to the east has had 134 mms (about 5.3 ins)  It is still raining.
