Wall to wall sunshine

I was blessed to see the most beautiful sunrise as ambled along some country lanes adjacent to my campsite.
Deer and rabbits were the first of Gods creatures to appear in my eyesight, there seems to be an abundance of both.
No Logan this morning so quite a lonely but refreshing mornings walk.
I popped into see auntie who’s hearing has started to decline again. She asked me to do one simple job for her, to open another bottle of olive oil ear drops. I asked her what happened to the bottle that I opened last week. She said that she had used it all up!!
Voila. With the drops confiscated, hopefully hearing will be restored.
I had a most wonderful spiritual chat with a good friend and received some very positive messages from her and a very nice conversation about life and the importance of being able to talk about things that are going on in our lives.
I had a brief conversation with Lorraine before I headed out to Bideford and a first glimpse of the replacement bike that I shall be using soon.
A stroll around Bideford park for some mindful time before heading to Westward Ho for some lunch and several uplifting encounters with fellow Christians who were on similar journeys.
Spontaneity occurred and I stripped down to my swimming trunks (underwear) after informing the lifeguards of my recent list of injuries and that I would appreciate a little bit of their assistance if I looked like I was in trouble.
In fact I was fine if a little bit tight around my rotator cuffs and I enjoyed a most invigorating feeling of health and wellbeing.
I had forgotten to bring a towel but had seen a beach robe on my way down which I was fortunate enough to have bought and most grateful for it I was.
I encountered several other interesting groups and singles who seemed to be enjoying the beach experience and wanted conversation.
Two Nigerian Christians were fascinated by the ocean and they picked my brains about all things tidal and sea life before I managed to convince them to enjoy one of the best clotted cream ice creams in the South west.
We enjoyed more conversation before I dawdled home to Amadeus for the night.
Take care everyone.x
