I see fields of green

What a fun and busy day I've had.Mike needed his hair cut early this morning so I went for a wonder round Avoch Harbour while I waited.The sun was shining but it was blowing a gale and I'm not too keen on heights so held on to the railings as I walked out past the boats.
Had breakie at the garden centre and a quick drive to B&Q to pick up some more tiles and off to Tore to get petrol.Went into the farm shop for local strawberries and tatties.
I then went to a Macmillan strawberry tea party with my friend Cilla.We sat and watched the boats bobbing up and down sipping tea and eating a selection of strawberry cakes.I had half a scone with cream, strawberry tart and a cup cake decorated in strawberries of course.I even won a prize on the tombola, some bubbles :) and there was a plant stall too.I think a lot of money was made as it was buzzing.
After a peppermint tea and a stroll round Cillas' lovely garden ,with the company of Bud a spaniel and Poppy a golden lab, I returned home and managed to catch a bit of the tennis. while Mike put some more kitchen cupboards up.
We dropped Richard off at a BBQ and then went to Cromarty for a take away pizza. Very nice indeed.
Home now catching up on blip and eating strawberries and icecream as the sun starts to go down.
Oh and my blip for today is of a field near Tore.I liked the movement of the crops as the wind whipped across.
