Mini Wildflower Meadow update

Today has been very windy and sunny. I lifted the onions and garlic from the bed behind the greenhouse, but I was bitten by a horsefly.

I watched the rugby this morning and was very impressed with the British and Irish Lions team who managed to win the series by beating the Australian team 16 - 41.

This blip shows how quickly everything is changing in the mini meadow. The ox-eye daisies are now in bloom, the purple flowers are phacelia which the insects love, there are some Red Campion, the red clover is also just starting to bloom, poppies and cornflowers are also flowering.
