Warmth

From the start of the day I was awake and aware that it was going to be a very warm day.
A good solid 2 hour walk around the commons with Logan dealt with my mindfulness.
With no family down to take Auntie to church, I stepped in and pushed it up to church in the morning heat.
The service was very good and the conversation afterwards was interesting and useful.
I took auntie to the Puffing Billy for a roast pork dinner which she enjoyed .
The afternoon was spent organising a campsite for Amadeus, myself and Logan.
Lorraine popped down and we had a pleasant evening stroll.
