Castel Del Monte

Left the hotel this morning to continue our journey. This time to the Castel Del Monte the pride of Puglia's castles. Didn't go into the Castle , but took a circular path around in sun and shade.

From there we have travelled on to the Vieste/Rodi Garganico area. Have just finished dinner and retired to my room. There is some celebration going on as a very noisy parade in the next street and a firework display. We have a say off tomorrow, to explore the town.
