Troglodyte Settlement

UNESCO World Heritage Site in the beautiful town of Matera which was today's trip. A fascinating place to visit It was just a shame that Sue and Penny didn't make the walk, through the area, as the pavement in places is uneven.

As we got back to the hotel this afternoon there was the start of a thunder storm. We move on tomorrow, so start another part of this adventure.
