Ben was with his carers today so we had a trip out to meet some friends who were paddleboarding on a lake.  It turns out it's not a great spectator sport!!  Especially when they go off to the other side of the lake, out of view!!  But fun was still had, there were some people on the shore that we haven't seen for five years, so it was overdue!  We left them about to go to a wine bar and then on for beer, so I think their evening is going to be a little heavy.. sounds fun but only up to a point!  I'm quite happy to be home :-)
