I logged another 5km this morning as I chug along towards that 150km target. 

Yes, Parkrun again.

Yes, Lochore Meadows again. 

Yes, warm sunshine again. 

Too warm. There, I have written it. Too warm. As before, this is an observation and not a complaint. 

It was 19º when I got back to the car about 10.15. 

As I hope the Blip shows, it was a beautiful morning with no wind (aye, in Scotland) to ruffle the water of the loch. Ideal weather for pretty much anything except a run.
