Lagos, Portugal - Saturday morning market

Portugese elderly men seem to live very contented lives. In our holiday village they congregate in the bus shelter 'shooting the breeze'. At the Lagos market the majority of the vegetable stalls were manned by older men and women. I'm sure the climate in Scotland is a huge contributory factor to loneliness amongst OAPs. Our bus shelters are occupied by the teens whereas here they are at the beach!
