Morning sun, East Row Westhaven

24.9C HOT with blue sky and hardly a cloud to be seen. Light breeze.

Usual early visit to the Coop but croissants absent.

Maeve the Deerhound and I were down on the beach just after 10 am. It was a lovely morning with a nice breeze on the shore to keep us cool. The tractor was back in the field turning the grass again. No one had yet appeared at the Fishermen's huts though as the tide was out.

I got this shot as we walked along past the cottages on East Row towards the car park at Westhaven. Everything was bright, the cottages looking their best, with some nice shade under the tree and a glimpse of the sea.

I just saw online that the rugby has been a success for the Lions :-)
This afternoon the Ladies final at Wimbledon.
With F1 too it is a sporty weekend !
