Tourist

I took a day off today to attend a conference run by a Community Eating Disorder Charity. I support their work and previously attended carers groups. It was a great day with good speakers and workshops. 
Afterwards it was so lovely I decided to become a tourist and have a wander for an hour. Blip is at Dynamic Earth and extra just outside Parliament where I sat and watched the world for 10 minutes on a bench in the sun. I used to work in this area but it's been ages since I took a walk round.
