Locally grown bananas

We were given a few of these little bananas grown at Pouto. We saw a lot of banana palms in the area, no commercial plantations but most gardens had a few plants. I think the variety is “Ladyfinger”. There are a few commercial plantation further North around Kerikeri and the Hokianga.
