Lovely Day for a Walk

It certainly was and it was a big bonus to have C and her Meg with us again, almost a year after they moved across the country.   They're here for a holiday so we'll hopefully have a few more walks yet.  The dogs just seemed to carry on where they had left off .... and so did the two of us :-)   Everywhere is so much greener now than even a few weeks ago and in May there is such great variety in the green shades.  Lovely.

All in all a very good day.  After an early blood test I took Jamie to the stables at Arthog before our walk and after it C came back to mine for lunch.  It was mid afternoon before I headed out again, to pottery, where more glazing was progressed.  This evening's singing was as uplifting as ever so  the day ends on a high.  

Am off on another trip tomorrow, this time by train.
