Rubbish Bins

This is our student flat which is in a street full  of other student flats. Bins, in student areas, are very mobile. They get wheeled to parties and often they don't go back to their actual homes
 We should have one bin of each colour however we currently have 3 red bins (general rubbish), 2 yellow bins (recyling), and 2 green bins ( garden and organic waste. Our students are very happy as they usually have too much for the one bin allocation.
