Home Now

Up, breakfast and we were out of the cottage before 10am. We drove to Cartmel and had lunch, mushroom soup and a cheese scone for me.
Then on to Grange over Sands for a walk along the prom, especially for Peggy to get some exercise.
Was quite overcast when we arrived but soon the sun came out.

Called in at a lovely little garden centre and took my blip but for the life of me l’ve forgotten its name but it was such a stunning colour.
( Just been looking in my gardening book and l think it’s a Senetti.)
We then set off for home and it was a really steady drive. Said or goodbyes and waved Tim and Adele off, all, agreeing it has been a really lovely holiday.
Elaine staying tonight but going home in the morning.
