Balcony Life

A beautiful day, warm and hazy sunshine to start.  High temperature of 31⁰c.  A gale blowing all day, calmer tonight. 

I slept well, woke and headed for breakfast.  Sorted a few things with the hotel (safe, beach towels, etc).  Headed down to the pool for a relaxing day.  Headed for a walk about in the afternoon, the beach too, then back to the pool.  An evening meal and now a few pints.

I'm impressed with the hotel.  It's a tad dated in places, but overall it's clean, tidy, and great staff.  Breakfast was good, lunch pretty good, and tonight's meal was delicious.  Being a cheapskate, I opted out of the pool view, we miss the morning sunshine, but we catch the evening sun and I have a view of the sea, not much but it's there.  Looking out the balcony this evening, Avlida Hotel, Paphos, Cyprus.
