This is Alex…….

……Stephen’s hairdresser.
He is now a mobile hairdresser after a shock when the business he worked with summarily closed.
No customers were contacted immediately. When Stephen went there several weeks ago now for his appointment there was just a notice on the door saying Closed.
Eventually Alex contacted him and said he was going to try to set things up for himself.
Thankfully a lot of his customers were happy to have him come to their homes.
I met him for the first time this afternoon in our kitchen when he’d cut Stephen’s hair. (The second time he had been. I was out the first time)
I was really taken with his tattoos and had a chat with him.
They all had special touching meanings, chosen for reasons special to him.
Then, as Stephen knows!, it was such an opportunity to have a blip photo!
I obviously told him all about it and why I joined in nearly 6 years back now, (can hardly believe that!) showing him some of the entries.
He didn’t mind having his photo taken at all when I asked him.
So here he is, about to leave and go off to his next customer.
Good for him and I wished him all the best for his continuing fledgling business.
Another beautiful day!
We caught up with two more friends who had messaged us about meeting up this morning for a couple of hours!
The café was getting ready to serve lunches when we left!
