Barred Owl Fledgling

I have been run over by the post radiation fatigue train, and haven't picked up my camera in a while.  

This evening, when my husband came in from his run, he told me that there were two photographers with big lenses in the park across the street.  So I dusted the cobwebs off my camera and went over to check it out.  It was very close to our house thank goodness.  This was my reward.  A picture of mama who was nearby is in extra.
