mileage day with little done
on my part - not good!

I was awake at 4 AM. No luck going back to sleep. I walked out on my deck to catch that lovely morning glow behind my mountains at 5:30. Half an hour later, I caught the first sunshine into the valley. 

In spite of this beautiful day unfolding, I'm not feeling great. I won't be venturing far from my bedroom today.
