Happy Holiday

A wet Bank Holiday Monday. Finally by early evening the sky cleared and the sun made an appearance.

I persisted with my plan to go to the allotment and spent a happy hour in the peace of the morning planting sweet peas. After walking Merlin and eating lunch, I returned there to plant dahlia tubers and do some tidying. I got very muddy but had fun! Then it was time for another dog walk.

A happy but damp day.
