cheeky monkey

at uluwatu temple for dunset in bali. here, the monkeys are quite aggressive, especially when it comes to stealing food, drink, sunglasses, camera - basically anything you have. this one managed to steal a lemon drink from a japanese girl.

this area was absolutely gorgeous - the sunset was subdued slightly because of some cloud cover. then, there was a traditional kecak show, which was both interesting and entertaining. too bad two families were arguing next to me the whole time - who cares who's sitting where and who can stand up or not? so much bickering means you miss the whole thing entirely.
