Starting to Flower

The crop of Dahlias we potted up very late are just starting to flower.The dark leaf varieties need a growth reg applying which I must get done before the weekend.
We need to complete the refurb of the heated bench tomorrow because I have a lot of seedlings due out of the germinating room soon.A hot day is needed to manipulate the pipe into place so tomorrow should be good.
Tuned into radio 4 while delivering today and they had some very tongue in cheek reporting from their Summer correspondent which was hilarious i.e. scientists advising people not to look directly at the Sun in case it goes away again.
The nursery is starting to look a lot tidier and this summer I need to find the time to spend a few days on the roof of our oldest block of glass and repair the vents as well as remove all the moss that has built up.
