I've turned my day around today and after doing some job applications, I've been in bed with my leg up most of the day.  The reason for this was I said I wouldn't be able to do youth club tonight due to the knee - however we were very short with 3 leaders on holiday - so I ended up going, but I sat at the craft table the whole time and didn't do any setting up.  So I coped ok anyway....

Back home and in pjs now, ready for an early night.  Really not sleeping well at the moment, so hoping for a better night tonight as I'm feeling shattered...

Thanks for all your advice yesterday.  Today I've reluctantly filled out the forms for a council tax rebate, so see what happens there...
